A customized supported employment program provides job opportunities in the community for adults with developmental disabilities. Belco Works customizes services based on the individual’s abilities and strengths. Skills assessments, skills training, interest inventories, job development, task analysis and job coaching services are used to help the potential employee find the right job for him or her. Belco Works is then able to provide local businesses with qualified, well-trained and productive employees.
